Lovely & clean, smaller caravan park located right on the coast at Monifieth. Hot water for showers in clean & well lit bathrooms. No kids allowed but dog friendly. Decent site WiFi.Within walking distance of beautiful coastal walk, nearby Tesco’s and a few cafes. Slightly scary low bridge below the railway near the entrance but we made it through. I wish I’d brought my bike as it’s on a very pretty cycle path. Also lovely man returned my wedding ring which I accidentally left in the bathrooms. (Thank you so much!).

I stayed at Riverview on my first ever caravan trip with my 2 dogs. I felt really safe especially being my first solo trip. The park is spotless and extremely well kept. The staff are incredible and really looked after me, especially Tracey after I had a meltdown. My dogs Clio and Betty loved their morning walks on the beach. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much Gillian, Clio and Betty x

This is an adult only site, the toilets and showers although a little dated are very clean and sufficient, the reception staff greet you with a smile and provide you with a map of the site explaining what is on offer, the pitches are perfect plenty of room for our large tourer and awning along with parking. The pitches are divided by manicured hedges and all very private. The site is secure well lit and well maintained-perfect. There’s a new updated level shared cycle path that is accessed straight out of the gate, we cycled on this between Dundee and Carnoustie golf course, the whole section is provided with nice bench and picnic areas loads of children activity parks along the way which are all appear to be very clean and interesting for children. The dog friendly beach is easily accessed and is clean mostly soft sand with a gentle slope out into the water ideal for water sports etc The local town has plenty of shops supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this adult only site.

We stayed on the motorhome part of the site. Lovely, clean spacious pitches. Drinking water and clean water disposal close by. Toilet block was immaculate. The views across the estuary were stunning. The beach was clean, our dogs loved it. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

Clean campsite but toilets and showers are dated not 5 stars. Fabulous position right at the side of the beach. Quiet and respectful holiday makers. The grey waste needs to be separated from the fresh water. Please note you go under a railway bridge to get to the site that has a 3.2m height restriction.
