Dog friendly! Our furry friends are to be kept on a lead on site, but they are definitely welcome here. The site is beautiful, full of trees, wildlife and a water tower. Easy access to walking and cycling trails. It has an interesting history which the guys on reception were happy to tell us about. They were really helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Toilets and showers on site were well looked after. Facilities for washing up, chemical loo disposal and drinking water taps. A beautiful place to stay and would definitely go back again!

Great camp site with clean facilities. A good location to camp with nearby pubs with good food. The site is basic with very nice area to pitch up your tent and campers if you have one. Not as busy as the other sites in the area which is good if you need that peace and quiet from running around kids and do on.

Lovely site with only a few rules to keep people and livestock safe. Clean and tidy. Clean toilets and showers, lots of hot water. Had a very relaxing week, no phone, no Internet, lovely and peaceful. Got busier towards weekend. Wardens very helpful, esp when car battery went flat (thank you Mark)! As long as 6m between tents/units, left in peace to pitch wherever you like. Livestock very inquisitive, DO NOT FEED OR TOUCH as it turns them into a nuisance and tent raiders (as happened to a neighbouring tent!) Great area for cycling and walking. Will definitely visit (again out of school hols next time tho).

It is an amazing gem for families to get out to the wilderness. Great camping experience for kids and peaceful digital-detox haven (hardly any signal detected). Services are very good at site. The cleanness of the toilets and washing area was perfect. Staff in the office were the cherry on top, very kind, helpful and approachable. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed at Roundhill for 3 nights and I could not fault it one bit. The site was very clean and well maintained as were the toilets and showers. Staff were friendly and informative about the local area. Best of all, there's minimal phone service so you can really switch off and enjoy the space. One little niggle, and no fault of the campsite, is that the site appears to be on the flight path of Southampton airport and at times it felt like planes were going to land on my tent. Other than that, I'd 10/10 recommend a f will certainly be back.
