We had a lovely 2 night stay at the campsite. We visited as 2 families with 4 children aged 10, 7, 6 and 4. The campsite is small and quaint, with a nice amount of pitches. The clientele all seemed to be lovely and we had no issues. The cafe on site is fab and we enjoyed a jacket potato for lunch which was super. The toilets and showers are decent, and as pitch 10 and 11, were in close proximity. There are nice little touches in the communal area such as a "campers fridge", spare sun cream and insect repellent, hand cream, first aid kit etc. Across the road is the sports club which hosted a cricket game during our stay which the Husbands sat and enjoyed in the sun. We took the kids for a stroll into the village, 5-10 min walk with young ones, and they had fun at the playground en route back. Our only "cons" were that we missed a washing up station with a hot water tap, but were happy to boil the kettle and use the washing up stand provided behind the pitch, we were camping after all! We also felt that if pitch 9c and 9d were filled, there wouldnt be a great deal of room for the kids to play at this end of the campsite. Luckily, no one was pitched there during our stay so the kids had plenty of space to kick a ball and play. Overall a fantastic stay and we would recommend to others.

The most beautiful wedding venue on earth We were so very lucky to have had our wedding here on 7th September My guests were amazed at how beautiful it was, so intimate and personal The staff are just wow they work so hard and are so lovely and Caroline the owner couldn't do enough for us I wish I could do it all again and if we ever renew our vows then this is our place Thank you again from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Fantastic long weekend spent at Rural Relaxing. We stayed in our campervan and was made to feel very welcome. Site facilities are great and the on-site cafe was a bonus (open at the weekends). All facilities clean and the location is perfect. Lovely pub down the road and a sports club nearby. Will be going back.

A fantastic campsite in Medbourne. The field is large and also includes bell and safari tents for hire which is great if you’re camping with family/friends who may not have their own facilities. At the front of the site is a large coffee bar which is open weekend mornings and serves a lovely breakfast! The site is just opposite the cricket club which has a dog friendly bar and if you walk across the sports field you can get into Medbourne. There’s a pub called the Nevill Arms in the village which is right near a little stream with plenty of outdoor seating and fab inside restaurant. So quite a few things accessible on foot from the site! Thanks for a fab stay ☺️

I was so happy with this last minute booking. We stayed in the safari tent, it was spacious and the beds were comfy. The staff were very helpful. The toilets clean and modern. It got very cold at night, I would advise more layers.
