In need of a bit of TLC, but generally found the facilities are good. Location is quiet and peaceful, near to the main town if Withernsea (10 minute drive, but buses between 9 and 4). Tuesdays and Wednesdays seem to be quiet days, as some facilities aren't available. Price of a pint is steep!!! In

AVOID THIS PARK!! WHAT A DUMP. We stayed at the touring park - the grounds were okay. The entertainment block backs on to the touring park, you can expect to have extremely loud music until midnight. We complained several times we weren’t able to use the shower block. The temperature of the water was boiling hot, we had booked for 8 nights!! The shower block had x3 showers, 1 out of order and the other 2 were broken! We were told bluntly by the receptionist it was a simple solution, and yet nothing was done. They didn’t want to hear your complaints let alone deal with it. A miserable stay to say the least. The beach - litter everywhere. The bin on the park as you go on to the beach, overflowing. High cliff tops, kids drinking and making fires day and night. They pride themselves on “high standards” Absolutely lies. All they want is your money it’s all driven to buying a static there and hope you accept what a mess this place is. Soft play area - food and sticky sweets, floors were disgusting but cleaner than the soft play. If you want an infection you must visit! There is minimal to do in the area, we traveled more than an hour most days but even then there just not a lot in the area. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’ve emailed and phoned several times but no one has acknowledged the crap stay we had and the facilities we couldn’t use the whole duration. BKG4062884

I am so disappointed with my trip. I worked hard all this year to take my kids away. The website over sells this place . The caravan had blood spots on ceiling and walls and I paid for Gold class. Then on arrival at reception, the lady was so rude no help with how to use the app which is used to book activities and information on the entertainment, also no help with how to use the internet, my son is very active and has ADHD yet due to not having the help he could not take part in any activities except swimming which is all he did most of the week. We are a family of four and going out for the entertainment lcost us over £100 per night the food was awful and overpriced, the restaurant is basic and very expensive. We had to go the local Tesco and do a shop. Buger van on site never had chips or hot dogs available and burgers came undercooked. Arcades is very small and the token shop is never open for a full day, plus it is closed 2 days in the week We put £ 300 on his gaming card but son only has 500 tickets as not all the games give you tickets, all he could’ve get at the end was sweets and a bounce ball 😡 the shop lady was lovely but it closed way to early so you have to buy the bar pop for the kids which is £5 for a small capri sun day light robbery!! With the money we have spent overall from booking to leaving I could have taken them abroad.I could go on and on with the negatives but i can’t give any positive feedback other than a trip off site to the beaches surrounding the caravan site. Was glad to go home!!! BKG3978795
