Stayed in their new Pixie field. Very spacious but on a slope, so only the top half of the field is usable. No set pitches, so no fire rings which meant the supplied fire bowl (on bricks) caused two grass fires, so be warned! Great dark sky area, although one outbuilding had a very bright light. Toilets were clean. On-farm store is pretty big, very well stocked. 3pm check-in is quite late.

We recently returned from our second visit to the starfield Eco Campsite, and once again, it did not disappoint! Our family first stayed here with our own tent and loved it so much that we decided to come back, this time opting for the safari tent. Both experiences were fantastic, offering something special and unique. The campsite itself is incredibly well-maintained and eco-friendly, with excellent facilities that make staying here comfortable and enjoyable. The bathrooms are spotless, the communal kitchen areas are well-equipped, and there are plenty of amenities for children, including a playground and open spaces to explore. One of the highlights of staying at the starfield Campsite is the array of beautiful walks available right from the grounds. We enjoyed exploring the nearby trails, which offered stunning views and a real sense of peace and tranquility. It's a perfect spot for reconnecting with nature and spending quality time together as a family. Overall, our stays at the starfield Campsite have created long-lasting memories for us. The combination of fantastic facilities, beautiful surroundings, and a strong focus on sustainability makes it a great choice for families looking to enjoy the outdoors. Pros: well kept, quiet, nice cafe, family friendly. Cons: 3pm check in too late and 11 am check out too early, dew on the tent not even dry! Drinking water by the urinal....rank! Some pitches more than a gentle slope

The BEST campsite. So peaceful, even with 8 kids 😂 loads of room to run, great shop and cafe on site. We come back every year and look forward to our trip each time.

We Camped and it was wonderful. This campsite is car free but you can take your car on for loading and unloading which is helpful but, it is nice not to have them there the rest of the time. The pitches are well spaced and you have loads of room to enjoy. There are Eco loos near all pitches which is nice. The night sky is amazing and we got to see the star link satellite - mega constellation! Woo hoo! The team are nice too and keep everything just as you would want it.
