Lovely modern hotel. I'm assuming it's either a newish hotel or a hotel that was just recently renovated because it looked great. The room was really large with huge vaulted ceilings. Breakfast the next morning had lots of choices and the most delicious croissants. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there are hardly any parking spots.

We are on a tour of Scotland from the US, having traveled extensively to Europe and the United Kingdom previously. Very happy with our accommodation here. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in a breeze, rooms spacious and up to date with mini kitchen for cooking, excellent updated bathrooms and high ceilings. Quiet hotel, lots of pluses, nice neighborhood near the water. And the breakfast! Included in the price of the stay, phenomenal. Please see my pictures and consider your stay here. 5 golden stars.

Experienced a security issue while staying here so absolutely would not recommend. I changed my original room and was allocated a different room after looking at two other rooms. I was woken up on the first night of my stay by someone trying to get into my room. I could hear the buzz of the key card and then someone was trying the door handle and pushing against the door. Luckily, I double locked the door and put the chain on but this was quite scary. I went to the door, looked through the peephole and saw a couple with suitcases who said they had been allocated my room, I spoke with them and they went back down to Reception. I struggled to sleep after this and spoke to Reception the following morning about the incident. The receptionist was apologetic and reassured me that she would speak to her manager and the incident would be investigated. I asked to be moved to another room due to this and the broken aircon in the room but was told that there were no other rooms available and the manager would email me. No contact was made during the day and after another restless night, I cut short my trip and moved to the Apex (see review) for the rest of my visit to Dundee. I presume this was an issue with the room change but the new room number should have been allocated on their system. I have not received any contact from this hotel, manager or group, regarding this incident which has been surprising.

First off, picked this hotel for breakfast and parking. Parking is kind of a joke. Onsite is limited spaces and £14 per night. There is a public lot super close, free from 6pm to 8am and you buy a ticket for time. So bought a ticket for £3 pound that covered me from 5:30pm to 10am the next day. Ok parking aside the hotel is amazing. The rooms are modern, spacious and well appointed. Real appliances in kitchenette. Nice bathroom with huge walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Breakfast is combo or hot and cold Buffett and made to order. Very good. Location meh. But for our purposes a great hotel

Best Hotel in the area. Great suits and rooms in the centre of Dundee. Parking can sometimes be a challenge but parking nearby. Love this hotel
