In this place I am the first and last time. We had a gold caravan but in my opinion it was below everything. I have never seen such dirt in my life. everything was dirty, plates, glasses, etc. in an 8-person caravan there were only 3 forks, it was a joke. I just wonder where is who checks cleanliness. if you are not ashamed to rent something like that 🤮🤮🤮

We had a lovely stay here (2 adults 2 children and one under 1). The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The children thoroughly enjoyed what was available plenty going on in the clubhouse aswell as arcades and swimming. We loved space to explore, lovely walks along the water, watching sunset and lovely big field which we did kite flying, sports and bubble 🫧 fun. Unfortunately they were short staffed on a very hot day when we arrived and the caravan wasn't the cleanest inside with egg stain on the front window aswell. However they were very apologetic and happy to help anyway possible.

Apart from the winding country narrow road to enter the park, the location was lovely and peaceful. We spent 3 nights and wanted to stay an extra night. The kids loved the outdoor pool and the atmosphere and nighttime entertainment was fun. We arrived later than we expected but it was ni trouble for the staff at the bar despite being busy, to help us to check in. I would certainly consider a return stay, just make sure you bring all essential supplies as insite shop closes at 5pm and upon arriving late had to venture back down the country lanes and 8miles out to find an open supermarket. Otherwise we had a great relaxing time here.

Stayed here for a short break with my family although overall we enjoyed it but some big concerns whilst staying here I tripped over a hole on floor outside and landed on broken glass that had not been cleaned up and caused a substantial cut to my arm which surgery is needed to repair the damage to my arm night warden has no first aid training and he stated he had no access to medical/ first aid boxes to help bandage my arm received hospital treatment initially but now waiting to have surgery to sort the problems with my arm Not addequitly lighted at night very minimal found some staff were snotty and some helpful We also would appreciate some cleaning products in the caravan even a role of toilet paper Bed linen had a patch of blood on it also so took that off asked for new bedding but didn't happen so slept without apart from the few issues was nice to stay there

If you are looking for somewhere quiet during the day and peaceful but still has enough to entertain children of all ages then this is a great place to visit. Also the entertainment was entertaining at night 🤣 We had a few things missing in our caravan but when I went to reception it was dealt with straight away.
