The ground boasts a recently constructed pavilion where visitors can enjoy food and drinks while watching the games unfold. Key Considerations
- While the recreation ground has a car park, it is rather small. Visitors often find ample parking along the main road nearby.
- Directions can be slightly misleading; be sure to look for a small lane off the main road that leads into the park.
- The park is appreciated for its local charm; it's best enjoyed by those who can make the most of its outdoor activities, like scootering, football, or basketball.
- The facilities, including the paths, are well-maintained, though some visitors wish for an upgrade to the gym equipment.
Overall, Stoke Poges Recreation Ground is a lovely family-oriented park perfect for leisurely days out, surrounded by nature's tranquility. Whether you’re looking to engage in sports, let the kids have fun, or simply relax with a picnic, this park offers a little something for everyone. It's a well-loved local spot that invites visitors to enjoy its recreational offerings and community vibe.

First time I’ve visited the Recreation Ground at Bells Hill. There was a lot more there than I thought. There’s a new pavilion that offers food and drinks whilst you watch the game. There’s plenty for the kids to do with a playground in the far corner. There is also an outdoor gym should you want to try and get fit. It’s a nice and quiet park, ideal for families and in a very nice setting. The only downside would be an incredibly small car park, but you should find parking by the roadside out on the main road.

Directions take you to a residential road and not the small lane off the main road that lead into the park.

Lovely ground, nice building complex, best team we have played all season and they are clinical in front of goal. We wish them all the best in the challenge cup.

Love this place! Great for scooters, great playground, football, basketball or other sport. No car park which is good in a way as its local so get walking!!

Lovely family park, councils invested well in the path, but given how much CT we pay would be nice to get an upgrade on the old gym equipment
