LOVELY site! Not really a lot on the site but that's what makes it so nice. All of the pitches are fully serviced and pretty level. Toilet facilities are pretty much perfect! Site owner Jimmy clearly has a passion for what he is doing, the little touches and willingness to listen to suggestions to make things better and improve mean that WE WILL BE BACK! 😁

We recently took our Barefoot Touring Caravan to this perfect, adults only site just east of the city of York. We’d originally booked for five nights but got so comfortable with the beautiful, relaxing and quiet surroundings that we asked Jimmy, the owner, if we could extend our stay for another three nights. Jimmy has done a fantastic job in developing this lovely place with large level hardstanding fully serviced pitches and with a brand new shower & toilet facilities all finish to a high standard including a covered pot washing area. We had a great stay and are definitely looking forward to returning soon. Thank you again Steven & Kate Allen.

Had a lovely long weekend stay a couple of weeks ago. Very clean site. Shower block was immaculate individual shower, wash and toilet rooms, as per pics. A lot of thought had gone into them. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although we didn't have a dog, was told dog field was huge and excellent. We will be back.

Great flat campsite. Fab if you are touring the area and need a handy base. The toilets and showers were awesome. You do need coins for the electric hook up. Just put it in as you need it. We didn’t spend £1 on our one night stay. Jimmy communicated well regarding directions etc…

What a find. A great new site, well laid out with plenty of room between pitches that are fully serviced with metered electric £1 or £2 coins. 5 Star facilities, as good as a hotel with underfloor heating and endless shower water (no pushing of knobs) and friendly owner who ensured every visitor was settled. Will certainly revisit and recommend to anyone. This is the standard all UK site should be attaining.
