Lucky escape, almost bought a caravan here. Extremely offensive Manager here who can turn from nice to nasty in an instant. So glad we saw this before we bought. Be careful with this one people. Remember when you buy and he doesn't like the colour of your shoes he can ask you to leave the site. There are plenty of other nicer sites to choose from so look around first, which is what we didn't do. Never been so glad to be told no. Phew!.

Absolutely appalling behaviour on staff They sold a van I was coming to see drove a hour there to see it and didn't tell us it was sold!! We asked why we wasn't told We have come all this way To have a reply that there is other vans available you can look at Yes I was upset about the situation We was the first to ask about this van and it got sold from us. We then looked at another van and purchased that van happily no issues at all the woman even served us with no issues at all ( Now if I had been abused and threatened I would have refused to serve and had another member of staff deal with it but that wasn't the case at all) Then a few days later we get a call to say we can no longer have that van due to being aggressive and threatening towards staff ( for not telling us they sold a van we was viewing) They now refuse to speak with us to give us a proper explanation or even hear our side and hanging up the phone telling us to go away Very professional I would re think about this place after the attitude orf them If they can do this to us as a young family with children God help Lucky escape I think

My husband and I have just left here after a wonderful stay. The chalet was lovely and clean, the staff were fantastic, couldn't haven't been more helpful. Everyone was lovely and friendly. Perfect place to go if you want peace and quiet to relax.

Went to arrange to view 2 caravans, when we got there one was sold even though we where told we where the 1st to enquire about it, they also didn't let us know untill we got there, we where a bit upset and stated this to them. So we agreed to look at the other caravan which turned out to be a nice caravan so we agreed with the sale paid a deposit, We got all excited and told the kids and we was paying in full today to then have a phone call at 9 this morning to be told they aren't allowing us to now buy the caravan due to the way we treated a member of staff this is lies we had a discussion know one was treated unfairly they even agreed with us on the day they should have told us. they have made us out to be bad people and we are not aloud there, this isn't the case the guy who showed us the caravan said it was wrong what was done but it was brushed aside we where happy and the woman in question even delt with some of the sale. We now got to tell our kids we ain't got a caravan there now. After speaking with a few people down there it sounds like we have dodged a bullet we are the ones treated unfairly to do what they have done I have one upset family over this. I would also avoided the place after what I heard today sounds a bit like a prison camp not a holiday site
