We had a great stay here. Very friendly and helpful landlords. If we come back we will stay here again. Toilets and shower simple but clean. The shower was warm. Thanks for hosting us for a fair price 16.50 pounds.

Lovely CL site, very well looked after. Spacious pitches and very quiet. Facilities very clean. Great location for Chester Town centre. Good value for your money.

Well located for Chester. Fair price. Good tent site. Number of toilets for number of users a bit low. Cell phone charging for cyclists would be a help.

Rowena and Peter are lovely, accommodating people. The campsite is located near to Chester, ideal for walkers or cyclists wishing to visit the city. The scenery and location is stunning, too - my brother and I visited a couple of months back by bike + recumbent trike, and it was the perfect weekend getaway for us as cyclists and nature enthusiasts. The place is so peaceful, and the shower and toilet facilities are clean and well looked after. If you love animals, there are some beautiful horses around. You may even get visited by a couple of really cute and friendly dogs! I'm currently planning an Offa's Dyke Path adventure, which I'll finish off by walking home from Prestatyn, and I'm fully planning to make a stop here on the way home. I can't think of a more perfect place to have as my last camping stop.
