Friendly helpful staff and good room. Only disappointment was that the three things I most fancied from the breakfast menu (fresh fruit salad, oat granola and marmalade) were not available. Evening meal was nice and very good value.

I have stayed here for nearly a year now, using it as a base for my travels. The staff are magnificent and cannot do enough for you. What more do I need other than a big comfortable bed, cleaned whenever I want and loads of hot water. I cannot praise the managers and their colleagues enough.

Doesn't look very nice from the outside. Rooms are tired but very clean. Unfortunately it's a very noisy hotel. It wasn't that busy but every noise carried through the walls/door and the extractor fan in the bathroom was on 24/7. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful but they are just let down by an old building.

We didn't expect much as the rooms were quite cheap. Staff was helpful (when approached) but not always visible. The room we stayed in was clean. Bathroom and beds ok. Carpet hoovered, but dirty with stains. It needs some professional cleaning. The hotel is positioned in a good and not so busy location, with a free car park. Morissons nearby. Overall, not too bad for the price we paid.

Standard travelodge...rooms a bit tired and no hairdryer and I really don't like the coffee but that's just me. No decent bar area but staff were friendly and helpful. A little drive from town but not far.
