Nicely convenient site. Basic but has lots of potential, and a very reasonable price too.

Great value for money. We've stayed here a few times now. Very flat hard standings and plenty of space. Large area for water filling. Very convenient location for Hull and easy access in. No toilet block.

Nice small site positioned on the outskirts of Cottingham. Friendly and welcoming owners and generously sized pitches, 10A electricity hook-up, fresh water and sanitation waste disposal. Despite the relative proximity to the rail lines we didn’t notice the trains and heard no noise from the sub-station. Ideally located for exploring, a 30 minute walk to the station and frequent trains to Beverley and Hull with a stopping service winding it’s way up to Scarborough. We’ll definitely be back for the Christmas markets and to explore further afield…..

Certainly not the prettiest CL or quietest. Train track very nearby but does not operate at night. Storage yard behind site. Flat hard standing pitches. Great location for Cottingham , Hull and Beverley

Tudor Springs, very nice, quiet, peaceful cl site. There was a slight buzzing in the air though which comes from the pilons, but after a while you get used to it. A train went by every hour but wasn't really a problem and it stopped well before midnight. EHU available at each plot, fresh water fill up tap at the gate on the left hand side as you drive into the cl field. Your name is on a board as you approach with your plot number on which is a nice touch we thought. Lesley came to meet us after we had settled in and gave us a leaflet on the site rules plus information about the surrounding area, shops, restaurants etc which again we thought was great. We walked it into the little village (about 40 minute walk) where there is an Aldi - Praise Be lol. Initially we were only staying for 2 nights but extended it by another day due to Storm Arwenn, as I didnt want to be driving in 80 mph winds. We will defo stay again if we need to visit Hull.
