Stayed for a week camping. We loved the location, and had a really nice couple of meals at the pub. The camp site however wasn't quite as we'd hoped. A complaint against a noisy tent-full next to our pitch was dealt with swiftly by the owners which was appreciated, and the family in question left the next day. However the toilets and showers really weren't up to scratch. Although it was obvious that the toilets were being cleaned, by the end of the day, the urinal was very smelly, and (possibly due to the heat), the cesspit outside smelled revolting. The showers, of which there were three for the gents, were virtually unusable. Two were stone-cold and the third alternated between cold and extremely hot. I am informed that the ladies facilities had the same problem. There isn't much required of a camp site and I'm happy going very basic, but the ability to have a comfortable shower is important. Despite the good location, my family and I would not return on the basis of the washroom facilities alone. That having been said, the location and the pub were excellent.

We stopped off for a bite to eat for lunch and found this pub with a campsite adjacent to the river. The pulled beef was very nice and reasonably priced. There was a good selection of drinks both hot and alcoholic and the staff who were extremely busy were quick to serve us and engaged in general chat . There is limited free parking on site.

Went for Sunday dinner and sadly very disappointed. Sent chewy prawns back, Sunday dinner tasted heated up. Gravy so thick it blobbed on the plate, mash stuck to mouth, hard roasted potatoes,Yorkshire like a pancake, not at all as advertised on the billboard. Normally have a lovely dinner but today's was not good. Spoke to the manager and all he could offer was a 'thanks for letting me know' we won't be returning and wasting our hard earned money there.

Lovely setting for a campsite, Severn valley railway above and the river Severn below. About ten minutes from Bridge north , lovely food, B&B clean rooms would recommend highly !
