Stayed here for 5 nights. Great location for exploring York and the surrounding countryside. From first contact with Peter the owner, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Good facilities on site and plenty of space around pitches. Fishing is really good and the fish are in fantastic condition. Good dog walk. Grass and surrounds are well maintained. Will certainly be visiting again.

Lovely spot. Perfect location and facilities were immaculate. Pete was great on arrival and got us settled in. The fishing was great and the toilets and showers were super clean. Can’t rate this place highly enough.

I only used the fishing lake. which is also open to the public. The lake is well stocked with various fish and very well maintained by the owner Peter. There’s a flagstone path to walk around with your fishing gear and the stages are hardcore and ample size. There is also access to a toilet on site. The lake is a good size and has pleasant surrounds. The owner is a really nice bloke who obviously takes pride in what he does. Worth a visit.👍

Fantastic well kept little site. Very quiet and exceptionally clean. Toilets and shower block have underfloor heating so they're lovely and warm. If you like fishing take some tackle there's a lovely pond and you pay a day pass. On the downside it's a little out of the way off a very busy road. The nearest shops about 5 mins drive away. Will definitely go back again.

Hello everyone, it's a beautiful place, like many in York, and the owner of this caravan park is very nice and friendly. He allowed us to enter in the evening after 9 p.m., he explained everything worth seeing in York and where to leave the car. I recommend a really great place because a place is created by people.
