About This Campsite
Welcome to Warners Bridge Park
Warners Bridge Park is a delightful outdoor area that serves as a popular spot for locals and visitors looking for a green escape close to urban life. Though the exact address and city aren't specified, it's a bustling park primarily recognized for its sports grounds, including rugby and hockey fields, as well as pleasant pathways for jogging and dog walking.
Highlights and Tips:
- Great for sporting activities such as hockey and rugby, making it an active and lively environment.
- Superb for dog walking and casual strolls next to Prittle Brook, providing a refreshing natural setting.
- While generally peaceful, visitors have noted occasional disturbances from track bikers at night, which can be a consideration for those looking for a quiet outing.
Parking Considerations:
- Parking space is available but tends to be a bit narrow, with suggestions for improvements. Visitors may need to park on the road if the park is crowded during sports events.
Overall Thoughts:
Warners Bridge Park is a valued green space that should offer ample opportunity for recreation and relaxation, despite some issues with parking and night disturbances. It's an appealing destination for sports enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone looking to enjoy a day out in nature.

Lovely space but plagued by idiots on track bikes at night.

"Why don't you join me?" a jogger said as he passed me a number of times doing laps of the park. "I'm not fit enough to exercise," I called after his receding form. The way I see it, if you've done one press-up you've done them all.

This is a hockey and rugby ground. Great for dog walking, parking and Prittle Brook. A pity that the public footpath doesn't extend to Priory Park or that the route into Rochford is not developed. This could link up to the River Roach so you could walk from Belfairs Wood, all the way to the River.

Parking is a bit on the small side if its busy with games you can park on the road just before the bridge it's at the back of a industrial park so all ok
