Really pleasant, yet basic campsite. A couple of loos, a couple of showers. Good firepits, a shared fridge and sockets for charging. It is a working farm, with plenty of animal entertainment.

Cannot recommend this camp site enough! Lovey large flat pitches, each with a fireplace for safe fires, compost loos, washing up, water station and showers which were nice and hot! You’ll have a beautiful view of the quiet farm, cows, pigs sheep and more! lots of wildlife to see and explore around. The owners were absolutely lovely, allowing us to hang up our wet clothes inside the barn, which also has a fridge, though we did not use it. It’s a perfect spot for a weekend getaway- only about a 10 minute drive to the closest town and a reasonable price for the local area, cannot recommend enough! Also as a side note found my very first 5 leaf clover here!

We had a wonderful weekend camping at West End Farm. The pitches are wide and flat so don't feel crowded. Each pitch had a fire pit and enough space to have table and chairs etc. We were two families with young children and they loved going to see the cows every morning and evening. We also walked into Shilton one evening to paddle in the Ford. We would definitely use it as a base to explore more of the Cotswolds again.

Our first time visiting but certainly won’t be our last. A really lovely set up at a very reasonable price - and very well organised. We were greeted and given all the information we needed and some kindling for the fire pits. The site has a small farm shop where you can buy local meats, cold drinks and wood for the supplied fire pits. The pitches themselves are of a good size and the whole site itself is very well kept. The compostable loo’s are a really neat and eco friendly way of doing things and the showers; whilst basic, provide warm water without any issues. Location wise its very close to two really good zoo’s, several main roads, and is only a few mins drive from the main town / supermarkets etc. If you want to stay on a working farm in the countryside this is the place to go. A really enjoyable stay.

Great location, nice to have animals on farm next to camp site, big pitches. However the composting toilets really need to be improved, they don’t seem that hygienic and when we stayed were not cleaned for the duration of our weekend stay
