The lady who runs it is so lovely, always smiling saying morning/afternoon. Toilet/shower block is spotless staying in T2 which is great location for kids as next to toilet facilities. Lovely cafe/shop. Ice cream van comes regularly (Costs £4.50 an ice-cream but delicious). Can't fault the place at all.

Excellent facilities, services and very friendly. Katie made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much. Site was clean and well kept. Pitch sizes were large and again well looked after. Myself and family thoroughly enjoyed are stay and this will definitely be our go to campsite. Would definitely recommend.

10 stars! First class site and first class host!! This was our second visit to white cottage and again we weren’t left disappointed. The site is exceptionally clean and tidy, great size pitches for tents and caravans/motor homes. The amenities are spotless. Excellent location to walk/bike into Hornsea. Katie works incredibly hard over very long hours to keep the site to a high standard and it shows! She lives on site so is always available to answer queries and help in any way she can. The addition of the box car cafe is fantastic, lovely coffee and delicious pastries. We were disappointed to see some of the negative comments about noise on one occasion just past 11pm (curfew) but once alerted this was resolved and no further noise heard! It is the summer holidays after all! Someone has also commented on having ‘contractors’ on site but this was the company that needed to drain the septic tank, imagine if this was delayed, then they would have something to complain about! Plus it was within normal working hours so not really a big issue! On the whole this is a 5-star site with excellent facilities, a super friendly host who is flexible to help as much as she can and a great place for all including children and dogs. Katie has done a fantastic job developing this site to an high standard with a very relaxed feel, my advice is to ignore the negative comments and go and see for yourselves what an outstanding site this is. You won’t be disappointed! We are looking forward to our next visit already!

Beautiful, well kept quiet site. Lots of green space. Katie is incredibly friendly and runs a lovely pop up cafe at the weekend which serves coffees and pastries. Well maintained and clean shower block. There is a path behind the site that takes you straight into Hornsea. Our friends had a pod, which looked amazing. Fire pits available to hire and you can buy logs also. Thoroughly recommend and will return soon

This is our first time visiting this site and we've absolutely loved it. The kids have had loads of space to play football so they've been really happy to. Showers and toilets are very clean and showers are lovely. It rained a lot last night and nowhere is boggy so that's a massive plus! There's a trail along the back of the site which is brilliant so you can walk to the shops etc. Everything is close by so no need to do a big shop you can just go when needed. Scored it down one star on location because of the road but that's what you get to be this close to the town, it hasn't bothered us much. Will definitely make this a yearly campsite to visit.
