My family surprised me for my birthday with a weekend at Wingbury Farm. We have stayed on several glamping sites over the years and this one really is at the very top of the pile. I really couldn’t fault the entire experience. Unbelievable location with beautiful views. Our pod was immaculate and felt like we were the first people to stay in it, it was that clean. Will was the best host and clearly runs a very well oiled operation. If you are looking for peace and quiet with friends and family in a tranquil setting then don’t hesitate to book. We will definitely be back. Massive thanks to Will and his team. Tom and family.

Three well presented Glamping pods sleeping up to 4 people comfortably, kitchen has a range of pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery etc -kitchen came stocked with milk, tea & coffee and jar full of marshmallows. Each pod has a wood fired Hot tub to manage - logs supplied, a fire pit & barbecue. Site is well presented, nice view of the surrounding hills, livestock in the adjoining field and our Host Will was friendly & helpful.

We just came back from our 3 days stay. The location is amazing. Only 50 minutes from North London or about 1 hour 10 minutes from Outer Central London. Will, the owner, couldn't be any nicer and more helpful. Very easy going and attentive person. We would book all the 3 pods for next year. Will was just great. He helped us with everything... Coffee, tea, some refreshments and ice cream too!! All complimentary. We went to this pub nearby called The Rose amd Crown for a couple of drinks. The owners were there. Very friendly people. It's a very good for drinks. We also met this chap called Toby who lives down the lane...He recommended Open Mead Farm so we ended up going there. It costs about £20 per person but it is the best farm we have been to. It's an open farm, so many animals, so many rides and huge soft play for kids and perhaps adults too😆 we also went to this pub called The Stag at Mentmore for this amazing food and a fantastic customer service. We had Sunday roast and it was just nearly perfect. We also bought some meat from this local butcher(13 mins drive but worth it) called Parrot Brothers. Excellent sausage and burgers for our BBQ. The owner was a nice person but we think he prefers local customers as they don't faff around ;) I hope he gets Will a drink for his recommendation :) Thanks Will and we see you next year. I hope you will get an extra pod next year 🙏🏻

First time visiting, lovely area, weather was amazing. The cabin was immaculate and the hot tub was lovely. Orange juice and local eggs on arrival were a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend and go back!
