Lived here for 17 months now; if you want a stunning setting, like minded people and lots of wild life then this is the place, nowhere else will you get such large private plots, with views over water or woodlands, close enough to amenities but far enough for the peace and quiet.

Looks clean and tidy and new pitches being constructed. Electric gate type community that has a narrow road round it which for larger vehicles attending here is an issue (trucks etc). Could do with stopping points instead of blocking the road up. Very peaceful place.

Woodlands is a lovely park. Shame the owners Chris & Natalie choose to mis-sell the lodges as residential status when they’re holiday. Wake up people! Look at the site licence when you go on, next to the post boxes? It clearly states it’s a 52 week licence, not residential! It is illegal to live in a holiday lodge whether you pay council tax or not. It is clear that Wyre Borough Council turn a blind eye to the site licence that they issued!

Lived here 18 yrs. Nice and peaceful but comes at price! Ground rent going up yearly to point where it's like paying a mortgage!!! Along with council tax! Not cheap,
